Yes! You have the option to Travel Now and Pay Later through Klarna on all trips.

Klarna is a third-party financing company that lets you split your trip payment into installments between 3 - 36 months.

To check your eligibility, select your date and package. Fill out the booking details. Select Pay in Full and select Pay with Klarna.

Cancellations and refunds are processed according to the T World Tours cancellation policy.

Inclusions vary based on the group trip and destination. On average, most of our group trips include:

• 4.5 to 5-star accommodations
• All excursions and activities
• Private airport transfers
• Transfers to and from experiences
• Multiple lunches and dinners
• Breakfast daily
• Goody bag
• A local guide
• TWT host
• Photographer and edited photography for select days

Flights are not included. If you have questions about your flight before booking one, e-mail info@tworldtours.com and they will assist.

We highly recommend purchasing a refundable flight or a flight with insurance in the case that you need to cancel your trip.

We try to cover at least 95% of the expenses on the ground, leaving the last 5% open for the free time in your itinerary. Please accommodate additional cash for personal souvenir shopping, tips, and any meals that may not be included. On average our travelers say they spend no more than $100 - $150 on every trip because all major touch points are covered.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel by email at info@tworldtours.com.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds are trip credit only, never cash. Use it toward any T World Tours or T World Tours x Girls Trip Society trip.
• Credit amount:
  • Cancelled 61+ days before departure: 100%
  • Cancelled 31-60 days before departure: 50%
  • Cancelled 30 days or fewer: none
• Credits expire 12 months after cancellation. You just need to rebook within that time. The trip can happen later.

We require that travel insurance is purchased for all tours, and highly suggest “CFAR” [Cancel For Any Reason] policies.
