PAYMENT PLANS

T World Tours offers interest free payment plans for all tours! To view the installment schedule –> select package, your date of choice, and # of travelers –> find “payment plan” or “booking summary” underlined under “PAY TODAY”. This will show the remaining payments you have left after submitting your deposit.

Once you’ve paid your initial deposit, feel free to contribute as much as you’d like toward your plan if you wish to pay off your package sooner than later.

We break down the payment plans either bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly depending on the departure date.

KLARNA – BUY, NOW PAY LATER

We now offer Klarna! Buy now, pay later using payment plans anywhere from 3-36 months. Click on the “Pay in Full” tab during check out to access the Klarna portal and continue with your next steps.

PACKAGE OPTIONS

Double Occupancy
The price listed is per traveler, based on two people sharing a room. If you’re traveling solo, you’ll be paired with a same-gender roommate, and matched with someone we feel you’ll get along greatly with based on the answers in your Roommate Matching Form. If you have a preferred roommate please include your request in the comments section of your Roommate Matching Form.

Single Occupancy
This is the price for 1 traveler in a room with a king/queen bed. Single occupancy is limited and based on availability. If you see that it is sold out on the site, please e-mail us to confirm if we can open a spot just for you. 

CANCELLATIONS

To secure the best accommodations, partners, and experiences, we plan and pay for all trips months in advance. For this reason, all cancellations will be refunded in a form of a travel credit to join another bucket list destination with TWT. 

You are able to cancel your trip for a full credit refund up to 60 days before the trip (minus deposit)

Cancellations made between 30 – 60 days before departure will receive a 50% credit refund of all payments made. All credits are redeemable for 1 year, however, the trip does not need to be completed within 1 year. 

Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are not eligible for a credit refund.

CANCELLATIONS ON BEHALF OF TWT

This tour will only depart if there is a minimum of 8 travelers booked. Please ensure that the flights that you purchase have full refundable travel insurance included. If this tour has to be cancelled for this reason, we will provide a full refund in a form of a trip credit, including the non-refundable deposit.  

We know that traveling solo doesn’t mean you want to experience the journey alone. If you’re opting in to a double occupancy package, our Roommate Matching Form is designed to ensure you’re paired with a like-minded traveler of the same gender, making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

This detailed form goes beyond the basics—it considers your personality type, cleanliness preferences, music taste, sleeping habits, and more, so you’re matched with someone who complements your travel style. Whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, someone who loves a quiet space or enjoys socializing, we take the time to find the best possible roommate for you.
Many of our solo travelers have left with not just a great roommate but a new friend!

Rest assured, we do our best to create a stress-free, comfortable, safe, and positive experience for everyone opting for double occupancy.

Do you love traveling with T World Tours and want to refer a friend to us? Whether they join you on a tour, or join a trip that you don’t participate on – you’ll still get paid! There will be a section in our contract forms where travelers will put the full name and number of the person who referred them and we will contact you once they complete the trip with next steps to receive your referral fee.
